Qualifications Required 3+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience. Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, performance processes, and offboarding. Experience supporting Philippine-based employees , including familiarity with local employment practices and HR administration. Experience supporting US-based employees, contractors, or remote teams , or strong exposure to US HR practices. Experience building HR policies, processes, and playbooks from scratch. Exposure to working with external HR, payroll, legal, or benefits providers. Experience supporting teams across multiple business functions and levels. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Thinks like an owner rather than an administrator. Can balance empathy with sound judgment and business needs. Is comfortable working with both structure and ambiguity. Builds practical systems instead of waiting for perfect processes to exist. Takes ownership and follows through without needing constant direction. Handles confidential information with maturity and discretion. Can communicate confidently with employees, managers, founders, and external partners. Is proactive about identifying people issues before they become bigger problems. Is resourceful and knows when to solve independently versus when to escalate. Enjoys building the people foundation of a growing company. While the schedule offers flexibility, candidates should be comfortable supporting employees, managers, and people-related activities across North American working hours as business needs require.
