Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and department heads to provide HR advice and support on manpower, employee relations, performance, and organizational matters. Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, internal movements, and succession planning based on business requirements. Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, attendance issues, performance concerns, and workplace conflicts. Ensure HR practices, policies, and employment processes comply with Philippine labor laws and company requirements . Support performance management activities including goal setting, performance reviews, improvement plans, and employee development. Work closely with managers to identify organizational, manpower, and capability gaps and recommend appropriate HR solutions. Review, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, employee handbook requirements, and HR guidelines. Support compensation and benefits activities, payroll coordination, employee movements, promotions, salary adjustments, and related HR administration. Coordinate statutory and employment-related matters involving relevant government agencies where required. Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, manpower movement, recruitment, and other HR indicators and provide recommendations to management. Drive employee engagement, retention, communication, and workplace improvement initiatives. Support training, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development activities. Participate in HR audits, compliance reviews, employee investigations, and other HR projects. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, people management, and employee-related matters. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management , or a related discipline. Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience , preferably with exposure to HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist functions. Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR practices . Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and partner effectively with managers across different functions. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify workforce trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
