Job Description: The role will manage end-to-end offline sourcing initiatives, including vendor management, job fairs, employee referral programs (ERP), university partnerships, and external partnerships to attract qualified candidates. Qualifications: Must have bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course At least 5-7 years of experience in BPO recruitment/sourcing, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in people and stakeholder management Must have an experience in doing end to end Vendor management, Employee/Applicant Referral Program, University Partnership, and other external partnerships Must have a very good attention to details and is able to communicate well and strategically in accordance with all Sourcing initiatives. The candidate must possess above average up to excellent communication skills Amenable to work onsite - Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
