SENIOR EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS

Responsibilities & Authorities Able to maintain full set of financial accounts. To manage the day to day financial and accounting operations task. To perform accurate transaction posting for journal couchers, payments and receipts into the accounting system. To provide support for accounting functions such as accounts payables and receivables. Preparation of monthly financial reports, management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports. Adhere to financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies. To liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, government agencies, creditors and other related agencies. To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time. Education & Experience (Preferable) Degree in Accounting, Business or part professional qualification. Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in similar field. Preferably from General Ledger and/or Accounts Receivables background. Familiarization towards ORACLE accounting system. Computer literate (Microsoft Office). Skills & Knowledge (Required / To Be Provided) Attention to details Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player who will be working in a challenging environment Chinese language proficiency is preferred, as the role will be responsible for handling overseas business and communicating with clients and business partners in markets such as China and Taiwan.
