HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join AQUADYSINC in Quezon City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. The HR Generalist will serve as a key strategic partner within our organisation, providing comprehensive human resources support across all functional areas. This role is critical to maintaining a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting the development of our workforce. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and employee relations, whilst ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and best practices in human resources. Key responsibilities Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programmes to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organisation and equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed Administer and maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and human resources information systems (HRIS) in compliance with data protection regulations Support the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote consistency and fairness across the organisation Provide employee relations support, including handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment legislation Assist with performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance review coordination, and feedback mechanisms Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career progression Manage leave and attendance administration, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with statutory requirements Provide guidance on employment law, HR best practices, and organisational policies to managers and employees Contribute to the development of compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain talent What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in human resources Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar human resources function Strong knowledge of employment law, labour regulations, and compliance requirements in the Philippines Proficiency in human resources information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges Understanding of recruitment best practices and employee relations principles Experience with compensation and benefits administration is desirable Knowledge of training and development methodologies and programmes would be advantageous AQUADYSINC is a waterproofing and painting company and a dynamic and innovative organisation committed to delivering exceptional solutions and fostering a workplace culture that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
