About the role This role involves supporting HR operations across recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, employee records management, timekeeping, HR reporting, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities Assist in recruitment and sourcing of candidates through JobStreet and other platforms Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews with applicants Support onboarding activities, including preparation and checking of new-hire requirements Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR files Assist with timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and HRIS updates Support the preparation of HR reports, forms, and documentation Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and company events Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related concerns and requirements Perform filing, encoding, and other administrative HR tasks About you Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Must be eligible to complete a 600-hour internship/OJT requirement Preferably with basic knowledge of HR functions, recruitment, and administrative tasks Good communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced HR environment
