Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other course 3–5 years of Recruitment working experience preferably in HR Lead/Supervisor role Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and talent-sourcing methods Good understanding of Philippine labor and employment practices is an advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills Strong leadership and team-management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and applicant tracking or HR information systems Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
