Position Title: Recruitment Specialist Department: HRAD Reports To: Associate Director - HR & OD Head Location: Merville, Pasay Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality talent for pharmaceutical company across all functions, including Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Support functions. The role drives recruitment strategies, ensures compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, and partners with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting business workforce requirements. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Management Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across all organizational levels. Manage volume hiring, specialist hiring, and leadership recruitment requirements. Ensure all vacancies are filled within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness are followed Candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer management, and pre-employment requirements. Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent requirements. Facilitate recruitment planning meetings and provide regular hiring status updates to business leaders. Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, universities, professional associations, and recruitment agencies. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice within the pharmaceutical industry. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns. Process Improvement and Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, equal employment opportunity guidelines, data privacy regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality. Support HR audits and ensure recruitment documentation is complete and compliant. Onboarding Support Coordinate with HR Operations and hiring departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires. Monitor new hire integration and recruitment effectiveness during probationary periods. Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed before onboarding. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG industry or with other industries Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, commercial, and corporate functions. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry roles, talent market trends, and workforce planning. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Good - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical and reporting skills using recruitment metrics and KPIs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
