Account Clerk

ACCOUNT CLERK Selatan Road Marker & Trading Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our growing team. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Location: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru Employment Type: Full-time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Record and maintain daily accounting transactions. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation. Update accounting records and ensure proper filing of supporting documents. Assist with bank reconciliations and payment processing. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required. Assist in payroll preparation and employee-related documentation. Perform general administrative and office duties. Support the management and accounting team with other assigned tasks. REQUIREMENTS Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software is an advantage. Responsible, organised and attentive to detail. Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
