About the role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned accounts. This role plays a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. Key responsibilities Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels Conduct resume screening, interviews, coordinate assessments and final interviews Prepare job offers and employment contracts Endorse selected candidates for training and onboarding processes Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and databases Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all applicants About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Passion for sourcing, interviewing, and talent evaluation Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and good organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google applications (Gmail, Google Meet, etc.) Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience Benefits HMO coverage for you and your dependents Opportunity to join and scale a start-up organization Full-Time Employment Overtime Pay Night Differential 13th-Month Pay Payday every 10th and 25th
