About the role Join our team and play a key role in driving organizational success through effective talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR advisory support. Key responsibilities Partner with business leaders to support workforce and organizational needs Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development Drive recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives Support organizational effectiveness and people strategy implementation Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations About you Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role Strong background in Employee Relations and Performance Management Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
