Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design sourcing strategies, and shape candidate experiences. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobStreet, and internal tools to identify top talent and maintain active talent pipelines. Conduct structured interviews, manage shortlisting, and support timely decision-making across the hiring workflow. Track metrics and maintain documentation using BambooHR, Microsoft Forms, and Excel trackers. Provide consistent reporting and updates to the HR Manager and Business Operations Manager. ✅ What You Bring 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in professional or regulated environments. Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, candidate screening, and stakeholder alignment. Familiarity with BambooHR, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Forms, and recruitment analytics.
