Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–4 years of relevant HR experience , with strong exposure to Compensation and Benefits . Solid knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, employee relations, and HR best practices. Experience in planning and organizing company events and employee engagement programs. Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring coordination. Knowledge of employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes, including clearance and separation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/payroll systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
