Senior Finance Executive Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will run the day-to-day internal finance and accounting function across the Group's companies, with the opportunity to support our BPO clients. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the full accounting cycle within an established professional services group. Key Responsibilities Maintain full sets of accounts for the Group's companies across its various service lines, including invoicing, receipting, and day-to-day bookkeeping Perform month-end and year-end closing, including bank reconciliations and supporting schedules Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments, staff claims, and collections follow-up Prepare and process bank transactions and online banking for approval, and monitor cash flow and bank balances Handle tax and statutory matters, including withholding tax, SST, corporate tax, and other statutory payments and filings for the relevant entities Maintain proper accounting records and the fixed asset register Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, and assist with budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers on audit, tax, statutory, and banking matters Support BPO client engagements, including bookkeeping and management reporting, as required Requirements Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, MIA, or equivalent); strong part-qualified candidates will be considered At least 3 years of relevant working experience Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or other languages is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Meticulous, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently to meet deadlines What We Offer Hands-on ownership of the full internal accounting cycle across the Group's companies, with the opportunity to gain exposure to BPO client work A professional environment working alongside chartered accountants and ACCA-qualified colleagues A firm that invests in its people: training and development claims of up to RM1,500 per year, professional membership claims of up to RM1,000 per year, and examination and study leave for your professional qualifications A firm that cares about its people's wellbeing: medical, dental, and health screening claims, plus a wellness benefit of up to RM1,000 per year that goes beyond the usual gym or sports claim, covering facial and hair treatment, massage and spa, chiropractic, and optical claims A 5-day work week, 14 to 16 days annual leave, and festive and celebration perks Enhanced benefits and rewards for strong performers through our Core Team programme You will be based full-time at our Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur office
