Human Resources Assistant / Human Resources Manager – Two Opportunities Two opportunities | Flexible part-time hours We are seeking two experienced and enthusiastic HR professionals to join our team in part-time positions. We are currently recruiting for: 1. Human Resources Assistant – 9-Month Maternity Leave Contract 0.8 FTE | Fixed-term contract This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team for a 9-month maternity leave contract . Working as part of the HR function, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR activities. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee administration Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation Assisting with performance management and employee relations processes Preparing HR correspondence, reports and documentation Supporting HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements Providing professional and confidential support to employees and managers About you: You will ideally have previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be approachable, professional, discreet and comfortable managing confidential information. 2. Human Resources Manager – Ongoing 0.5–0.6 FTE | Permanent ongoing position We are also seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to take responsibility for the ongoing management and development of our HR function. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking for a meaningful part-time role with the opportunity to make a real contribution to the organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day HR function Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees Managing recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Supporting performance management and employee relations Maintaining and developing HR policies and procedures Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with relevant legislation Supporting workforce planning and organisational development Managing HR records, reporting and documentation Providing advice on workplace matters and best-practice HR processes About you: You will be an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge across the employee lifecycle. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the organisation.
