HR OFFICER

About the role The HR Officer will oversee and support various human resource functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, payroll, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key responsibilities Maintain and update employee records and 201 files Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave administration, and assist in payroll preparation Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other employee benefits Handle employee relations Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and company policies Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and training programs Prepare HR reports, contracts, memoranda, and other HR-related documents Support HR policy implementation and process improvement initiatives Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3–4 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices Experience in employee relations, Payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR administration Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Willing to work in Makati City Can start Immediately
