About the role We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our organisation's human resources functions across all business areas. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. This role is central to maintaining and enhancing our workplace culture, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and supporting the strategic objectives of Sola Food OPC. Key responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees Administer employee relations matters, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and local employment laws Support the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel information Coordinate and facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrolment Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separations in compliance with legal requirements Monitor employee performance management processes and support managers in performance reviews and appraisals Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Preferably with 2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role or similar position within a dynamic organization Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with relevant internships, academic projects, or leadership experience and a strong willingness to learn.
