You will process budget requests, maintain employee engagement trackers, support training programs, and prepare administrative documents. Key responsibilities Organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, introduce company culture, values, policies, and employee programs Plan and organize employee engagement activities and large-scale company events, such as team buildings, sports events, year-end parties, and recognition programs Coordinate events from planning to execution, including schedules, logistics, vendor coordination, budget monitoring, and post-event activities Process budget requests for employee engagement activities through PDIS, ensure timely liquidation of expenses, and verify invoices and supporting documents before submission to Finance Maintain an up-to-date and accurate employee engagement tracker Support training and engagement programs aligned with company culture and goals Help maintain a safe and positive environment during training sessions and activities Prepare training materials, schedules, reports, and other administrative documents Gather and organize training data and participant feedback for monitoring and improvements Coordinate with the HR team regarding training schedules, requirements, and employee concerns About you Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Business Management, or any related field At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in employee engagement, events coordination/management, HR, or related roles Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels Creative and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Nice-to-Have: Knowledge in Keynote, Photoshop, or other editing/design tools
