About the role We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join SUPER CANDY CORPORATION in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in shaping our human resources strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and compliance. This role is essential to our continued growth and success, serving as a strategic partner to senior management and a trusted resource for our employees. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with organisational objectives and industry best practices Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new employees Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, grievance handling and conflict resolution Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements Conduct training needs assessments and develop training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression Ensure compliance with employment laws, labour regulations and company policies in the Philippines Maintain detailed HR records, prepare reports and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, recognition and work-life balance initiatives Manage HR budget and control costs whilst maintaining service quality Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns and requests relating to HR matters What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or consulting HR role Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee relations and performance management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism Certifications in HR management or employment relations (preferred) Experience in the food, beverage or retail industry (advantageous) About us SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is a dynamic organisation dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers.
