Treasury, Tax, & Corporate Services Executive

As we continue to expand rapidly across the used car ecosystem, we are looking for a driven, commercially minded, and execution-focused manager to help us build, launch, and scale new products and partnerships. About the Role To support the company's treasury operations, tax compliance activities, and corporate governance requirements by ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely statutory submissions, and effective coordination with banks, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities Treasury Management Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances to ensure adequate liquidity. Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports. Process payments, bank transfers, and treasury transactions accurately and timely. Liaise with banks on account administration, financing facilities, and banking documentation. Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies. Maintain records of banking facilities, guarantees, and related documentation. Tax Compliance Assist in the review and submission of corporate tax, withholding tax, SST, and other statutory tax filings. Coordinate with external tax agents on tax computations and filings. Support tax audits, investigations, and correspondence with tax authorities. Monitor tax deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain proper tax documentation and records. Corporate Services & Governance Coordinate with company secretaries on statutory filings and corporate matters. Maintain company statutory records and corporate documentation. Support board resolutions, annual returns, and regulatory submissions. Financial Reporting Support Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare schedules and reconciliations related to treasury and tax matters. Assist auditors during annual statutory audits. Support internal control and process improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal departments, directors and representatives, banks, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and government authorities. Respond to queries relating to treasury, tax, and corporate compliance matters. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in treasury and taxation functions. Exposure to corporate secretarial functions is a plus. Familiarity with SST, corporate tax regulations, and financial reporting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
