Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounts Executive to support the company’s daily accounting and finance operations. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and audit-related matters. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) entries. Record sales invoices, receipts, business expenses and petty cash transactions accurately and on time. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances to support the company’s cash flow requirements. Assist with cash flow monitoring, payment processing and other treasury-related activities. Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and allocation of shared expenses or charges. Maintain accurate accounting records, supporting documents and proper filing systems. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in preparing financial schedules, management reports and other accounting information as required. Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents and the company secretary. Coordinate the statutory audit process, prepare supporting schedules and respond to audit queries. Handle documentation relating to tax compliance, statutory matters and company secretarial requirements. Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies, accounting standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform other finance, accounting and administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a recognised professional accounting qualification. Diploma in Accounting holders with relevant working experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training and guidance will be provided. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software would be an advantage. Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Able to organise work, meet deadlines and handle confidential financial information responsibly. High level of integrity, accountability and professionalism. Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
