招聘 ： 兼職 中小學英文導師 Hiring: Part-time Primary & Secondary English Tutor 職位概述 / Job Overview 我們正在尋找熱愛教學、具備良好溝通能力的導師加入團隊。您將主要負責呈分式及中學/DSE英文課程，協助學生提升學業成績，並與家長保持緊密溝通。 We are seeking passionate and communicative tutors to join our team. You will only teach English subjects ranging from primary 5&6 Internal Assessments to secondary/DSE English courses, helping students improve academically while maintaining close communication with parents. 工作職責 / Key Responsibilities * 課堂教學 / Classroom Teaching： * 教授小學呈分式英文或初高中DSE英文課程 * 熟練的普通話優先 ，部分課程需使用普通話教學. * fluent Mandarin is preferred， Conduct certain lessons in Putonghua as required. * 教材準備 / Material Preparation： * 我們會協助你準備高質素的小學及中學教學筆記、教材及模擬測驗。 * we will spare no effort to assist you to prepare high-quality teaching handouts, intensive notes, and mock tests for primary and secondary students. * 學生管理與跟進 / Student Progress & Management： * 管理課堂秩序，緊密跟進學生的學習情況。 * Manage classroom discipline and closely monitor students' learning progress. * 定期向家長匯報學生表現，提供有關學習發展的專業反饋。 * Report student performance and provide professional feedback to parents regularly. 職位要求 / Job Requirements * 學歷背景 / Education & Qualifications： 持有大學學位或以上學歷（相關學歷者優先考慮）。 Holder of a university degree or above (degree in relevant disciplines is preferred). * 公開試成績 / Public Exam Results * 於 HKDSE / HKCEE / HKALE 中取得良好成績，中英文成績優秀者優先考慮。 * Attained good results in HKDSE / HKCEE / HKALE. Excellent results in Chinese and English are highly preferred. * 語言及溝通 / Language & Communication： * 具備良好的兩文三語能力及優良的溝通技巧。 * Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English (including Putonghua) with excellent communication skills. * 工作經驗 / Experience： * 具備 3 年或以上相關教學經驗者優先考慮。 * Applicants with 3 or more years of relevant teaching experience will be prioritized. * 個人特質 / Personal Attributes： * 熱愛教學事業，具有高度責任心。 * Passionate about education and highly responsible. 薪酬待遇 / Remuneration & Benefits * 兼職時薪 (Part-time Salary)：每小時 HK$100 - $280（按資歷及工作日數調整）。 * Hourly rate ranges from HK$100 to HK$280(commensurate with qualifications and working days). 可根據測試結果和教學經驗協商工資待遇.
