Job Responsibilities: Responsible for design and execute system testing. Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end system testing strategies for high-precision surgical robotic software. Lead the execution of manual, automated, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing across software GUI, embedded systems, and robotic motion controls. Formulate test plans, protocols, test scripts, and traceability matrices compliant with international medical device standards (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971). Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigations alongside software developers, mechanical engineers, and clinical teams. Build and continuously optimize QA automation pipelines, test environments, and regression suites to accelerate development cycles. Work with the team to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, formulate solutions and execute the plan; estimate scope and timelines. Support any other ad hoc tasks assigned. Job Requirements: Degree holder or above in related fields is required. Preferred at least 5 years of related fields experience. Proficiency in use of AI tools Responsible, independent with strong problem-solving skills. Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
