Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-impact DSE English lessons targeting Paper 1 to Paper 4 requirements. Analyze past paper trends, marking schemes, and common student pitfalls to maximize exam performance. Mark assignments, provide meticulous essay corrections, and conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews with students. Develop proprietary teaching notes, vocabulary banks, and mock exam papers. Build strong, professional relationships with parents regarding students' exam trajectories. Requirements & Skills Degree holder in English Language, Literature, Translation, Education, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience teaching HKDSE English (candidates with exceptional track records will be prioritized). Fluent in Putonghua and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deep familiarity with the HKDSE English curriculum, SBA (School-Based Assessment), and university entrance requirements. Result-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced tutorial environment.
