Executive Assistant to CEO / Chief of Staff

About the role We are seeking a highly calibre, strategic, and trusted Executive Assistant to CEO / Chief of Staff to serve as the primary gatekeeper and strategic partner to our CEO. This is not a traditional clerical role; you will act as an extension of the CEO, overseeing cross-departmental projects, managing high-level corporate governance, and ensuring the smooth execution of the company's strategic goals. Key responsibilities Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on key business initiatives and tracking departmental KPIs Spearhead and monitor critical company projects on behalf of the CEO to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency Prepare executive-level briefings, board meeting materials, and presentations.
