Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging small-group or individual English lessons tailored to junior secondary curricula. Design differentiated learning materials to push high-achieving students ("拔尖") while scaffolding support for students needing improvement ("補底"). Conduct regular progress assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Assist with student management, homework supervision, and minor administrative duties as required. Requirements & Skills University degree in English, Education, Translation, or a related discipline. Fluent in Putonghua (essential for parent liaison and specific student support) and English; strong command of Cantonese is a plus. Passionate about teaching secondary school students with proven patience and enthusiasm. Familiar with the local Hong Kong secondary English curriculum and grammar/writing frameworks.
