Reporting to the Assistant Administration Manager, the ideal candidate should be an experienced, hands-on and proactive problem-solver who is capable of effectively supervising supporting teams to deliver quality office services for a sizable office area of >60,000 gsf. Key Responsibilities Staff Supervision & Team Management – lead and supervise messengers, car pool drivers, tea service and security staff to deliver high-quality office services Dispatch Service - oversee the dispatch service in providing reliable shuttle dispatch and internal/external document delivery services Car Pool - accurately taking orders from secretaries and effectively assigning drivers and company vehicles; maintaining company cars in good condition, and renewing all licenses and permits timely Cleaning - monitor external cleaning contractors to maintain a clean and safe office, in particular for Reception Area, Meeting Rooms and Pantries Office Safety & Security - maintain a safe work place and supervise attendants to upkeep office security Office Renovation & Relocation - assist in office renovation and relocation projects Staff events & Activities – assist in preparation, set up and monitoring Ad hoc assignments – as and necessary Qualifications & Requirements A minimum of 3 years of relevant and proven experience in similar supervisory positions handling sizable office Proactive, hands on, strong sense of responsibility and committed to delivering quality results Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Willing to work beyond standard office hours and on public holidays when necessary to supervise critical projects Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
