Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support & Strategy Execution: Assist the General Manager (GM) in formulating corporate strategies, tracking project progress across departments, and ensuring efficient execution of executive decisions. 2. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the GM and department heads; review team reports, optimize internal resources, and resolve workflow bottlenecks. 3. Business Accompaniment: Accompany the GM to critical business negotiations, host key clients and partners, and handle public relations or emergencies professionally. 4. Daily Operations & Confidentiality: Manage the GM's calendar, travel logistics, and daily schedule efficiently while strictly maintaining high-level business confidentiality. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or above; 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior management or in Project Management in mid-to-large enterprises. * Key Skills: Exceptional logical thinking and business report writing skills; fluent in both English and Chinese (English as a core working language). * Professional Attributes: High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong cross-functional communication skills, and high stress tolerance in a fast-paced environment. * Preferred: Overseas study/work background, industry-specific business experience, or proficient business driving skills.
