About the role The HR Manager (Business Partnering) will provide comprehensive HR support to all employees within the commissary, ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business objectives and contribute to sustainable organizational growth. Key responsibilities Support workforce planning by validating staffing requirements, identifying talent gaps, and developing partnerships with external talent sources. Align divisional objectives with organizational goals, oversee competency frameworks, and facilitate employee competency assessments. Manage candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews, while ensuring timely onboarding through effective coordination with relevant departments. Lead the planning and implementation of employee development initiatives, ensure compliance with training standards and documentation requirements, and maintain accurate training records. Conduct initial job evaluations and coordinate with Corporate Compensation & Benefits for implementation, while providing guidance on compensation and benefits policies. Facilitate employee benefit availment and resolve payroll- and benefits-related concerns. Develop employee engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives; manage disciplinary cases and investigations; and ensure compliance with labor laws. Monitor HR budget utilization in alignment with key result areas (KRAs) and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least 4–5 years of experience in HR business partnering or account management, preferably within a multinational organization or large-scale manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, certification requirements, and audit processes. Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and enhance talent management strategies.
