About the role Scorpion Precision Industry (H.K.) Company Limited is seeking an enthusiastic HR & Admin Assistant/Officer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Tsuen Wan, Tsuen Wan District, you will play a crucial administrative and HR support role, contributing to the smooth operations and growth of our company. What you'll be doing Assisting with various HR functions, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel record keeping Responsible for payroll, MPF contribution, taxation, attendance administration and employee relations Coordinating and organizing company events and activities Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-organized work environment Providing Administration Support such as maintenance of office equipment, insurance and licensing issues Responsible for HR and Administration related Ad-hoc duties and projects as required What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in an administrative & HR assistant role Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities multiple tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office equipment Ability to work independently What we offer Benefits: 5 days work, Double Pay, Medical Plan, Attendance Bonus, Supporting Commission About us Scorpion Precision Industry (H.K.)
