We are looking for an Account Executive – Client Servicing to support our account managers in client communication, project coordination and internal follow-up. This is not a purely administrative role. You will take part in real client projects and coordinate with our internal specialists across SEO, SEM, content, design and web to support smooth delivery. Your initial focus will be client servicing and project coordination. As you gain experience, you may also support proposal preparation and inbound lead follow-up, without a sales target. The role suits an organised, detail-minded and responsive candidate who wants to build a career in client servicing, account management or digital marketing. What You'll Do Support account managers in daily client communication and project coordination Prepare meeting agendas, meeting notes, recap emails and follow-up actions Coordinate project requirements and deliverables with internal specialists across SEO, SEM, content, design and web Track timelines, client requests, outstanding actions and internal progress using our CRM and project management systems Assist in preparing client reports, proposals, presentations and performance updates Join client meetings with senior team members and learn how to manage expectations professionally What We're Looking For Up to 2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, marketing or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome Good written Chinese and English, with fluent spoken Cantonese and English Organised, detail-minded and responsive, able to manage multiple follow-up items and meet deadlines Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams, with a positive attitude and openness to feedback Willingness to learn SEO, SEM, content marketing and website project workflows Prior agency experience is welcome but not mandatory. We value communication, reliability, learning ability and follow-through more than whether you already know every area of digital marketing.
