Finance Executive

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a results-driven Finance Executive to lead full-set accounting operations, drive commercial leasing negotiations to agreement execution, and manage core HR operations. This role demands hands-on financial expertise, strong contract negotiation capabilities, and sound administrative management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Leasing Negotiation & Contract Finalization Lead Leasing Negotiations: Direct negotiations on lease terms, rental rates, tenure, and commercial conditions with landlords, investors, and property managers. Agreement Finalization: Drive negotiations from initial drafting/review through to final contract execution and tenancy seal. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strategic relations with investors, legal counsel, and property partners. 2. Full-Set Accounting & Financial Management Full-Set Accounts: Manage end-to-end accounting processes in compliance with financial reporting standards. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, variance reports, and management accounts. Financial Planning & Treasury: Oversee company budgeting, business plans, rolling cash flow forecasts, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations. Compliance & Audit: Serve as primary liaison for external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and statutory bodies (LHDN, SST). 3. HR & Payroll Operations Payroll Processing: Execute monthly payroll and ensure accurate statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). HR Administration: Manage employee records, leave/claims, onboarding workflows, and benefit policies. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA/CPA is a plus). Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Full-Set Accounting and commercial leasing/tenancy negotiations. Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting) and advanced MS Excel. Strong contract negotiation skills, deep understanding of Malaysian accounting/tax standards, high attention to detail, and sound legal/commercial awareness.
