Senior Officer, Transport Facilities

Requirements: Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines; 4 years relevant experience in sizable corporation; Experienced in Maintenance is an advantage; Experienced in liaison with the Government Department is an advantage; Knowledge of MS Visio/AutoCAD is an advantage; Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English; Possession of valid Hong Kong driving licence code 1/1A; Possession of valid registered electrical workers licence (Grade A0/B0) is an advantage Responsibilities: Handle maintenance works and upgrading works for staff facilities and passenger facilities at bus termini or bus stops; Work with internal and external users and Government departments; Coordinate and monitor the consultants, contractors and suppliers on project management and maintenance works; Coordinate with in-house technicians on facilities maintenance works; Response for handle tender documents; Response for 24 hours emergency incident, resolve the incident in timely and effective manner; Perform ad hoc tasks and special project as assigned.
