QA Function Head / Supervisor / Manager - Electronics (Bangpoo)

We are looking for a Quality Engineer Function Head/Supervisor/Manager who will be part of our team and help us improve quality management as outlined in the following details. Your main role is to: Coordination on establishment and / or improvement system in support of various quality systems program in pursue of continuous audit activities. improvement, coordination of customer and other external party Managing and coordination of the activities of the different sections of the department To ensure that the organization of Quality Management System is maintained in accordance with the requirement of International Standard Review and approve the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action of all quality issued of the and including customer feedback or requirement Coordinate with all departments within the organization on quality matters Draft the quality training program and direct quality-related activities Monitoring the performance of the department against established goals/metrics and addressing problem area Actively participate in cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate KPI tracking and monitoring. Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to management. Problem-Solving and Quality Improvement: Utilize 8D problem-solving techniques to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent the recurrence of quality issues. Gained proficiency in various systems, including SAP and MES, to efficiently track KPIs and contribute to system implementation projects. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or other related engineering field At least 7-10 years of experience in the Electronics or Manufacturing Industry Familiar with electronic and/or automotive product manufacturing processes Strong Leadership skills Good command of both spoken and written English. Chinese proficiency is an advantage. Strong data analysis (with programming capability is a plus). Familiar with automotive standards such as IATF/VDA6.3 Hands-on experience in working in automotive environment and strong knowledge in IATF/VDA 6.3, 5 Core tools (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC) Good communication/collaboration. IATF/VDA6.3 certificate will be a plus. QC 7 tool, GR&R and Root cause analysis skill Top reasons for joining us?
