Executive Student Ambassador

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Student Ambassador , with a passion for supporting students throughout their transition and helping to create a seamless experience during their period of study in our institution. JOB DESCRIPTION To guide and assist a group of students and be the designated point of contact for them in all aspects of their studies and other related areas in JCU Singapore both administrative and non-administrative matters Work closely with departments that have an impact on the students life during his/her course of studies which include Finance & Purchasing, Learning Centre, Admissions, Academic Services & Progressions, Student Recruitment, Estate Management, Information, Communication & Technology and Attendance Monitoring Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery Liaise with external agencies as relevant Receive and process student payments EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCES A basic degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales and customer services related working experience Proven sales/customer services track record Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines High level of accuracy/eye for details Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work Closing date : 18 September 2026 Please apply via https://careers.jcu.edu.sg/cw/en/listing We thank you for your interest and shortlisted candidates will be notified.
