Responsibilities Oversee sea freight import–export operations, including vessel booking, documentation, customs clearance, and cargo status tracking. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and shipping lines to ensure smooth transportation. Manage and resolve issues arising during the import–export process in a timely manner. Maintain and organize all import–export related documents to ensure legal compliance and traceability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in sea freight import–export operations. Knowledge of international trade procedures and customs regulations. Basic English reading and writing skills; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills with the ability to solve problems independently. Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ดูแลการนำเข้าทางเรือ/อากาศ รวมถึงการจองเรือ จัดทำเอกสาร และการติดตามสถานะสินค้า ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ซัพพลายเออร์ และสายเรือ เพื่อให้การขนส่งราบรื่น จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างขั้นตอนนำเข้าอย่างทันท่วงที จัดเก็บและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาโลจิสติกส์ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปฏิบัติการนำเข้า ทางเรือ 1–5 ปี มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการค้าระหว่างประเทศและกฎหมายศุลกากร ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอ่าน–เขียนได้เบื้องต้น หากใช้ภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการบริการลูกค้าที่ดี สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้เอง ทำงานละเอียด รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ **ต่อรองเงินเดือนได้ ตามความสามารถและประสบการณ์**
