Senior Cloud Specialist

About the role We are looking for a Senior Cloud Specialist to join our client's fast-growing team. You will be responsible for management of technological components related to cloud platform, collaborating with other SRE team members to support features including cloud management platform, network and computer platforms including VPC, security group, network router, network switch, SDWAN, firewall, load balancer, Linux and Windows OS. Key responsibilities Manage technological components related to cloud platform and collaborate with SRE team members to support cloud management platform, network and computer platforms including VPC, security group, network router, network switch, SDWAN, firewall, load balancer, Linux and Windows OS Support overlay solution and PaaS platform, working with SRE team to provide technical and security support to solutions such as backup, monitor, IAM, PAM, SIEM, ITOM, RDS, CFW to meet company operation standard Provide support to project implementation with vendor and contractors related to cloud platform revamp, refresh and enhancement Communicate and provide technical assistance to application team, assisting in upkeep, troubleshooting and maintenance of their deployment Act as solution owner to technical components/areas, taking responsibility to maintain solution design, operation process and organize support Support development and upkeep of automation tools to support daily operation Provide on-call support for emergency production incidents and on-site support for fire-fighting and perform shift duties as required About you University degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained from major financial institutions Hands-on experience to operate K8S solution on any cloud platform such as EKS/AKS, support operation and troubleshoot of K8S cluster, and address security and upgrade issue would be highly desirable Hands-on technical experience in network router, network switch, SDWAN, firewall and load balancer and security products are preferred Experience in managing system infrastructure (e.g. system, storage and computing), Cloud, IaC and DevOps automation tools such as Ansible Tower, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub are preferred Experienced in vendor management Positive attitude and strong commitment to the delivery of quality work Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate with application teams, operation teams and vendors for daily support and project implementation support activities Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage Interested parties please send your full resume with current and expected salary & notice period via email to: recruitment@spiakl.com or click “Apply Now”.
