The Sales Trainee (permanent) role is designed to prepare early-career talent to grow into well-rounded Sales Executives — equipped with strong product knowledge, selling skills, customer relationship management capability, and the ability to drive sustainable sales growth. The role combines structured on-the-job training with coaching from senior sales staff. Key Responsibilities - Develop in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and sales processes - Shadow and support Sales Executives/Senior Sales in customer visits, product presentations, and deal closing - Learn to use core sales tools (CRM, sales reporting, presentation tools) - Build communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills through hands-on practice - Complete periodic learning summaries and training progress reports - Begin managing a small portfolio of customers under supervision, to build account management experience - Plan and track preliminary sales targets together with the supervisor - Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products/services - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support future business opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to support sales execution Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1–2 years of work experience preferred - Positive attitude, strong eagerness to learn, and proactive working style - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under targets and pressure - Own vehicle/driving license (if the role requires field customer visits) - Good command of Chinese will be an advantage.
