The role Our friendly team in Wellington offers a comprehensive range of new and used BMW and MINI vehicles, parts, and accessories, and are looking for a Parts Advisor to join them. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the workshop is supplied with parts, accuracy and on time preparing smash repair quotations maintain existing customer & trade relationships and achieving sales targets ensuring the timely processing and delivery of all orders About you To be successful you’ll be comfortable within a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with: Franchise parts experience - ideally with any European franchise or a minimum of three years’ experience within a retail parts department Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in work A customer centric mindset and excellent communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams for best customer outcomes Excellent computer literacy and experience with DMS systems Experience preparing smash repair quotations desirable but not essential - we're willing to train. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm plus a rostered Saturday. What’s in it for you?
