Social Performance, Section Manager

About the role Social Performance Section Manager responsible for conducting social compliance audits, analyzing findings, and ensuring effective implementation of Social Compliance requirements across internal departments and external entities. Key responsibilities Conduct Social compliance audits for internal departments and external entities in accordance with the established audit plan Analyze audit findings to identify opportunities for improvement and continuous development Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of Social Compliance requirements in line with the approved plan and customer expectations Provide accurate and appropriate consultation on Social compliance systems and labor law compliance to relevant stakeholders Serve as a trainer and facilitator, providing training and knowledge on labor standards and labor laws to internal and external personnel Coordinate with customers and audit firms during factory audits related to labor standards compliance Monitor, follow up, and submit corrective actions for labor audit findings to customers and audit firms within the required timelines Prepare information, coordinate with relevant parties, and record meeting minutes for labor-related meetings, including Management Review Meetings Control and maintain Social Management Procedure and related documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and revised or improved as necessary About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Political Science, Industrial Psychology, or other related fields At least 3 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of Social compliance requirements and experience in managing and implementing labor standards systems such as BSCI and Sedex (ETI) Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills related to labor standards and compliance management About us Thai Union Group PCL
