Job description: Design, enhance, test, and maintain Chatbot-as-a-Service and social media text analytics systems Assist in managing contractors supporting chatbot and analytics platforms Lead the migration of chatbot services to a new AI-enabled cloud platform Provide technical support to government bureaux and departments adopting AI, chatbot, and data analytics solutions Conduct technical research and stay updated on emerging AI and data analytics trends Provide production support, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and rollout of enhancements Job Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines Minimum 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, including: At least 3 years in AI and data analytics technologies (e.g., Gen AI, text/image/video analytics) At least 1 year in system development and deployment on cloud platforms At least 3 years in data management and coordination At least 4 years in system implementation, support, software testing management, and vendor management Experience managing cloud resources on public cloud platforms or Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) is a plus Hands-on experience in: Linux Web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Python SQL If interested for the above position, please send detailed resume with current and expected salary as well as date of availability by sending email to recruit@clts.com For more job opportunity, please visit our website: www.clts.com The personal information is collected strictly for recruitment purpose only.
