The role is responsible for supporting the Program Management Team in the coordination and administration of RFQ, ECO, delivery, stock, finance, and related operational activities. The position requires timely follow-up, accurate record maintenance, effective coordination with relevant stakeholders, and consistent administrative support to ensure smooth Program Management execution. Job Description RFQ and ECO Package Management Retrieve, organise, and manage RFQ packages in a timely and systematic manner. Retrieve, organise, and manage ECO packages to support programme requirements and implementation timelines. Maintain and update the RFQ/ECO log to ensure all records are accurate, complete, traceable, and up to date. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve operational queries related to RFQ and ECO processing. Delivery and Stock Coordination Monitor daily stock availability and coordinate delivery arrangements to support customer, operational, and programme requirements. Follow up on delivery-related matters and provide timely updates to relevant parties where required. Finance and Documentation Support Consolidate required information to support the processing of GST payments and tax invoices. Ensure supporting information and documentation are compiled accurately for finance-related submissions. Administrative and Operational Support Provide administrative and operational support for miscellaneous tasks assigned by or related to the Program Team. Assist with follow-ups, coordination, and information consolidation to support day-to-day program activities Requirements Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in order management, program coordination, customer operations, or supply chain roles. Prior exposure to semiconductor, EMS, or manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar). Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
