RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle import nomination shipment Handle customers' enquiries, complaints, quotations, overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments Follow up shipment orders with basic knowledge Ensure compliance with company's and customer's standard operating procedure REQUIREMENT: • F.6 graduate or above • At least 1 year experience preferably in freight forwarding / logistics industry • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin • Customer oriented with good communication skills • Able to work in a team and share responsibilities • Good computer knowledge in MS office We Offer: 5-day work week, annual bonus, medical and on-job training will be offered to the right candidate.
