For a Key Account Manager (KAM) Manager role, you can use the following Roles & Responsibilities (R&R): Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with key customers. Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, pricing strategies, and business agreements with key customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent service standards. Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. Requirements Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Automation, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related industries. Proven leadership experience managing a sales or key account team. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as English is the primary working language. Experience working with multinational customers and cross-functional teams is preferred.
