Responsibilities Initiate, design, develop, and maintain RPA automation systems to support accounting & finance operations process. Build and continuously improve automation frameworks to enhance efficiency, scalability, and system stability. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues occurring in the production environment to ensure smooth operations. Develop new automation capabilities and integrate advanced technologies such as AI, OCR, and API integrations into automation solutions. Conduct source code reviews, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage deployment processes into the production environment. Assess business impact and design appropriate technical solutions aligned with operational requirements. Provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to team members to strengthen technical capabilities and improve team performance. Monitor project progress and control deliverables to ensure tasks are completed according to objectives and timelines. Coordinate closely with accounting and finance operation and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Qualifications Technical Skills Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automation development and implementation. Strong knowledge of RPA, workflow design, OCR, AI, API integration, databases, and SQL. Hands-on experience in process automation and bot monitoring. Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, VBA, Macro, or other related automation platforms. Experience in workflow automation, OCR, AI, and API integration will be considered an advantage. Business & Project Skills At least 2 years of experience in project management. Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis. Ability to create process flows, business requirement documents, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
