Your Mission: Project Orchestration: Lead NPD projects from concept to shelf, ensuring seamless coordination between R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing. Technical Excellence: Be the gatekeeper of quality. Review filling and packing technicalities before mass production to ensure perfection. From Lab to Line: Oversee trial productions and pilot runs. You’ll be the hands-on leader during scale-ups and troubleshooting the first production orders. Global Bridge: Act as the vital link between our Korean HQ , local teams, and prestigious clients. Your communication ensures everyone is aligned and satisfied. Milestone Mastery: Monitor project feasibility and deadlines to ensure every product launch is a "win" for our clients. Who We’re Looking For: The Expert: Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science (or a related field). The Veteran: Proven experience in NPD , specifically within the Cosmetics, Beauty, or FMCG sectors. The Linguist: Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (to collaborate with our global network). Korean or Vietnamese skills are a huge plus! The Problem Solver: You don’t just see issues; you see solutions. You are organized, detail-oriented, and love the "hustle" of the beauty industry.
