Position: Supply Planner Location: Sathorn Building / Bangkok ( Hybrid Work) About the role The Supply Planner plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted production by managing the end-to-end flow of raw materials. This position is responsible for procurement planning, supplier management, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination across both domestic and international supply sources. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with practical procurement experience and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where decisions directly impact operational performance. Key responsibilities: Supply Planning & Procurement Develop and execute raw material procurement plans aligned with production schedules and business objectives. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal balance of cost, quality, and delivery reliability. Monitor market conditions, commodity pricing, and supply risks to inform proactive sourcing strategies. Inventory & Demand-Supply Management Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels including safety stock, reorder points, and min/max parameters. Collaborate with Production Planning through the S&OP process to ensure supply-demand alignment. Identify and mitigate supply risks that could impact production continuity. Supplier & Logistics Performance Conduct regular supplier performance reviews on delivery, quality, lead time, and responsiveness. Resolve supply disruptions in a timely manner to minimize operational impact. Data Management & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate raw material pricing databases, purchase records, and supply chain documentation. Prepare and present performance reports on material receiving, dispatch, and procurement KPIs to management. Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives across the supply base. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis capabilities. Demonstrated negotiation and supplier management skills. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, particularly SAP (preferred). Good command of written and spoken English (preferred). Ability to read, write, and communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus — highly valued for coordination with our regional supplier network.
