Senior Administrator, Tender Management

Responsibilities: Manage tender submission by reviewing the requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop bidding solutions. Ensure tender compliance and accuracy, playing a key role in minimizing risks and maximizing bid success rates. Oversee the full tendering cycle to ensure proper formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance. Maintain tender records, schedules and documents and track the progress of tender process Address customer inquiries and requests from various channels. Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned. Requirements: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in tender management, quotations preparation, customer care, or business development would be advantageous Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Independent, outgoing, and energetic personality. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility. Self-motivated with a positive work attitude. Immediate availability is preferred. Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the Executive level role. Are you interested?
