Bring innovative sourcing strategies to life by partnering with universities, attending job fairs, collaborating with recruitment firms, and leveraging the power of social media. Develop standout materials for all recruitment activities, and recommend fresh solutions to attract the best candidates. Maintain an organized, up-to-date Talent Databank to help us find the perfect fit every time. Quality Matchmaker: Screen and interview candidates, assessing their job fit, cultural alignment, and competency. Ensure we find individuals who don’t just excel in the role but resonate with our commitment to wellness. Seamless Process & Onboarding Pro: Drive a swift, smooth hiring journey from approval to offer, meeting all hiring needs on time. Employee 201 Creator: Build and maintain comprehensive 201 files, including all pre-employment requirements, application forms, and data sheets.
