About the Role: Entry level role assisting in the preparation of bakery food items for Fergbaker including sandwiches and breakfast items. Responsibilities: Supporting the preparation and production of bakery items by following established recipes and procedures. Consistently monitoring stock levels to ensure availability and minimize waste. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work areas as needed. Upholding Health and Safety policies and food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
